Dear NUGA Members,

This year's Captain's Day and our first major will be held at the prestigious and challenging Mannings Heath Golf Club on the 17th May, 2025. It is a destination that perfectly blends luxury, relaxation, and adventure. Nestled in the heart of the Sussex countryside, Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate (https://www.manningsheath.com/ ) the estate boasts two beautiful golf courses that offer breath taking views of the rolling hills and tree-lined fairways.

This is our first major of the year and will be a great introduction of what it means to be associated to NUGA for new members and as usual an amazing day out for members. The event will be a fun filled 27 holes of golf, starting with egg/bacon roll breakfast served with tea/coffee followed by lunch and wrapped up with a 3-course meal dinner.

The cost of the event this year has been kept at the usual £100 for members and £130 for golfing guests and £50 for social guests. It promises to be a day to remember.

The evening event is usually a time of relaxation, quality dining, charitable fund-raising activities and hopefully some quality dancing. Friends and partners are welcome to attend as social participants.

Format
• Playing at 3/4 of handicap allowance.
• 9 holes (4-clubs) shotgun start (no buggies except medical exemptions)
• 18 holes in shared buggies (only 20 buggies available, members to indicate if they prefer to walk)

Guests and non-members are welcome.
